Best experience for me was EZhost.org – Signed up for £2.29($3.50) a month with a free domain. Also their customer support has always been prompt. That’s my recommendation, support the not-so-huge guys like this offering dirt cheap deals, not the moderately-cheap-but-still-money-grabbing huge guys.

The resellers that are just trying to get rich quik you should avoid.
Best ones imo are Godaddy and hostgator cos they have millions of customers.
With the “summeroffer” coupon on hostgator i got 10 dollars of first order and was able to get a good monthly deal. Don’t know any godaddy ones though
